Evaluation and People of ColorA Response to Professor StanfieldSchool of Education, Laboratory of Policy Studies, University of Colorado, Campus Box 249, Boulder, CO 80309, Ernie.House{at}Colorado.edu Inappropriate racial categorizations of minorities have routinely infected evaluations and social research. Specifically, they should be aware of historical miscategorizations and engage in inclusion, dialogue, and deliberation which includes minorities as active participants.
